Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a cafe or coffee shop role preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
strong customer service orientation
basic food hygiene knowledge
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

Previous barista or customer service experience
knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
strong passion for coffee culture
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team
basic baking skills are a plus
attention to detail and quality
