Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a cafe or coffee shop role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- strong customer service orientation
- basic food hygiene knowledge
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- strong passion for coffee culture
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- basic baking skills are a plus
