Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a barista role or customer service position
Basic baking skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic baking skills

Job Duties

Provide first class service to customers with every drink and baked good
Ensure customer satisfaction is the top priority
Create inspiring and handcrafted coffee beverages
Bake cookies and other treats
Maintain knowledge of the cafe and its offerings
Support and collaborate within the cluster structure
Work towards the improvement of all stores in the cluster
