Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista or in a similar role
- basic understanding of coffee preparation
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- provide first class service to customers with every drink and baked item you create

- support the cluster structure by collaborating with other stores
- work to improve service and operational efficiency across the cluster
