Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar position preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Must be physically able to stand for extended periods
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
Passionate about coffee and beverage preparation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge
Excellent time management skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Bake and present fresh cookies and pastries
Provide outstanding customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workspace
Collaborate with team members across multiple store locations
Educate customers about coffee varieties and menu options
Support and contribute to the overall improvement of the cluster stores
