Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods
- Customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers with every drink prepared
- Bake cookies and other treats that complement beverages
- Ensure customer experience is the top priority
- Create inspiring and high quality handcrafted beverages
- Maintain knowledge of the café offerings to assist and engage customers
- Support the cluster structure by collaborating with team members across stores
- Contribute to the overall betterment and success of all stores in the cluster
