Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
proven experience in coffee preparation or similar hospitality roles
ability to stand for extended periods
flexible availability including weekends and holidays
strong attention to detail
excellent customer service skills

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
strong knowledge of coffee and café products
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties

Provide first-class service to customers
create inspiring, handcrafted coffee drinks
bake cookies and other treats
ensure a pleasurable and memorable customer experience
maintain in-depth knowledge of the café products and coffee

support the betterment of all stores in the cluster
