Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role
ability to stand for long periods
strong work ethic and reliability
good listening and communication skills
willingness to learn and adapt
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

experience in customer service or barista roles
knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation

Job Duties

provide first class service to customers with every drink created
bake fresh cookies and other baked goods
ensure the customer experience is pleasurable and welcoming
create inspiring coffee drinks using knowledge of coffee and café operations
support the cluster structure and collaborate with other stores in the cluster
maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
promote a positive atmosphere for customers and colleagues
