Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior barista or customer service experience
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent interpersonal skills
willingness to learn and adapt
strong work ethic
flexible availability

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
strong passion for coffee and beverage preparation
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

Provide first class service to customers

support the cluster structure through collaboration with other stores
