Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a barista or related customer service position
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and taking their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages according to company standards
- Bake and present cookies and other bakery items to complement beverage offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment including equipment and workstations
- Engage customers with knowledge about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and menu items to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with colleagues within the cluster structure to share best practices and support operational efficiency
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate transaction processing
