Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a barista or in a customer service role
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic baking knowledge
Ability to work collaboratively

Job Duties

Provide first class service to customers

Bake cookies and other fresh baked goods
Ensure customers have a pleasurable experience

Collaborate with other stores within the cluster
Support the cluster structure for operational excellence
