Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or related customer service role
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic math and cash handling skills
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- passion for coffee and cafe culture
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages
- bake and arrange cookies and other cafe treats
- provide exceptional customer service ensuring a pleasant cafe experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- manage inventory and stock supplies as needed
- work collaboratively within the cluster structure to support all stores
- assist in training new baristas and support team development
