Job Requirements

Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
Able to lift and carry up to 40lbs
Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
Certified in or able to be certified in responsible alcohol service
Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
High energy and stamina

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred
Certification in responsible alcohol service or ability to obtain certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest service

Job Duties

Prepare quality coffee and specialty beverages efficiently and accurately
Provide extraordinary customer service that is warm, genuine, and engaging
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and work area
Work calmly and effectively under pressure during busy periods
Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive experience
Comply with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed
