Job Requirements
- Availability for long term employment of 1 year or more
- Saturday availability
- Mix of morning and evening shifts
- Ability to work 20 to 30 hours per week after training
- Reliable and punctual
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Willingness to learn and participate in training
- Demonstrated interest in personal and professional growth
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- Greet and engage customers warmly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Participate actively in the 6-week barista training program
- Demonstrate leadership qualities during and after training
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
- Cultivate meaningful connections with customers and community
