Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year barista experience
- Ability to engage customers warmly and effectively
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and recipes
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50+ lbs
- Able to work 8+ hours on feet
- Commitment to Tatte's core values and mission
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment
- Knowledge of coffee menu, bakery, and savory offerings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and team collaboration
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and work long hours on feet
Job Duties
- Welcomes and engages guests warmly throughout their experience
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Prepares and serves beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
- Answers guest questions about menu offerings
- Follows all recipe and presentation standards for beverages
- Operates barista station equipment according to standards
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and equipment
- Delivers beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
- Performs other duties as assigned
