Job Requirements
- Weekend availability a must
- Ability to work part time
- Positive work ethic
- Prior experience as a barista preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform open and close procedures

Job Duties
- Helps to maintain positive staff morale
- Ensures excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
- Participates in store development
- Stays knowledgeable about products
- Standard bar operation during 2-4 shifts each week
- Perform close/open procedures
- Consistently and efficiently prepare excellent quality beverages
- Provide genuine, quality customer service and foster a welcoming and pleasant cafe environment
- Maintain a well organized and clean cafe
