Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory and barista experience preferred
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to manage and evaluate staff performance
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent communication abilities

- Experience in foodservice industry preferred
Job Duties
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards
- Prepare production or sales reports for management
- Ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety
- Act as contact person for employee complaints and time off requests
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement
- Perform other duties as assigned
