Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
prior supervisory experience preferred
valid driver’s license required
open availability for varying shifts
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
customer service orientation

Job Duties

support management in daily supervision of key functions and employees during normal business operations
help ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
facilitate employee orientation and training
work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
perform other tasks as assigned that may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
