Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
