- previous experience in a similar or related position
- sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision
- engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- operate coffee and espresso machines
- ensure all orders meet brand and quality standards
- report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor
- support the team by following health and safety regulations
