Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year of related work experience
ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
reliable and punctual
strong communication skills
ability to perform supervisory duties effectively

previous supervisory experience preferred
team-oriented and adaptable
reliable with strong interpersonal skills
ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment

Job Duties

Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
facilitate orientation and training of employees
work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
