Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs effectively
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required
- Commitment to building relationships with customers and team members
Job Duties
