- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, safety, and security
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
