Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customer needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests including recipe modifications
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during shifts

- Provide quality beverages and food products following store standards and recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear, pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages customized to customer preferences, including recipe adjustments
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift as needed
