Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to discover and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including changes in temperature, ingredient quantity or substitutions
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain excellent service
