Job Requirements
- no previous experience required
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- ability to perform multiple tasks during each shift
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to meet store operating policies and standards
- ability to understand and execute customer requests including recipe modifications
Job Qualifications
- basic education or high school diploma preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks

Job Duties
- provide quality beverages and food products according to standard or customized recipes
- handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- maintain store safety and security standards
- engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- support various store tasks during shifts including food preparation and cleaning
- participate as an effective team member to promote a positive work environment
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
