- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- engage with and understand customers with clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including ingredient modifications
- able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- ability to learn quickly
- understand and carry out oral and written instructions with clarification as needed
