Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including beverage quality, cash handling and safety
- Engage with customers with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products according to standardized recipes
- Provide excellent and personalized customer service to create the Starbucks Experience
- Handle cash transactions and store safety responsibilities accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace at all times
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and energetic work environment
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and customer service techniques
- Adapt to multiple tasks and duties during shifts to support store operations
