Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages following standard and customized recipes
- Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to adhere to store policies and work collaboratively with team members
