Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to their needs
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Perform various tasks during shifts to support store operations
- Deliver quality beverages and food products consistently
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming store atmosphere
