Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Engage with and understand customers needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Provide quality beverages and food products while adhering to store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
