Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Provide quality beverages and food products
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer specifications
- Perform varied tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a plus
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks experience for customers through excellent service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Engage and connect with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store safety and security, including cash handling
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Keep workspaces clean and organized
- Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities during each shift
