Job Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with and understand customers to meet their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Be available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
- Prepare beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth store operation
- Adapt to fast-paced, energetic work environment while upholding quality and service standards
