Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and store safety

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
- Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso and specialty beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide friendly, clear communication
- Handle cash and store transactions in accordance with company policies
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the shift
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction
- Learn and apply new beverage preparation techniques and store procedures as required
