Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity, or substituted ingredients
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers to discover and respond to their needs through pleasant communication
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift including cleaning, stocking, and customer service
- Build relationships with customers and team members
- Handle customer transactions accurately
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistent with Starbucks standards
