Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Engage effectively with customers and understand their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Able to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
