Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to standard recipes
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and security
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with customers and team members
- Adhere to cleaning and maintenance protocols to ensure a welcoming environment
- Handle customized orders such as recipe changes and ingredient substitutions
