Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes
- Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to their needs
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
- Support team collaboration and communication
