- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- ability to meet store policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling and safety
- ability to engage with and understand customers through pleasant communication
- ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- ability to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
