Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient quantity
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work as part of a team to accomplish store tasks
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift including opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- Uphold store operating policies and standards for quality and service
