Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Adherence to store policies and standards including food safety, cash handling and security with or without accommodation
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to needs through communication
- Capacity to prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Capability to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customization
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to discover and respond to their needs
- Perform a variety of store tasks during each shift to support smooth operations
- Build and sustain relationships with customers and team members
