Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- able to prepare food and beverages to customer standards
- available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- excellent communication skills

- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- follow store operating policies including cash handling and store safety
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- learn and master new beverage recipes and food preparation techniques
- handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
