Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs effectively
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Comfortable with responsibilities such as cash handling and store safety
- Able to keep calm and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
