Job Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers using clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages per standard recipes or customer customization
- Capable of performing various tasks during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes
