Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers to discover and meet their needs with clear communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store during each shift
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a positive work environment
