Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes with recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Ability to keep calm and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Can maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted beverages and food items
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes including recipe modifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to store safety and security policies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adapt to perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed
