Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe modifications
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build relationships
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store
- Work collaboratively as part of a team throughout the shift
- Adapt to multiple tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Follow store policies and procedures consistently
