Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food cash handling store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers to respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe adjustments
- Provide quality beverages and food products while maintaining store operating policies
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform various store tasks during each shift including cash handling and store safety
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Build relationships with customers and team members
