Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties

- Prepare food and beverages with attention to recipe changes such as temperature or ingredient substitutions
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support operational success
- Follow store policies related to cash handling, safety, and security
