Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Comfortable with responsibilities such as cash handling and maintaining store safety
- Ability to stay calm and cool in a fast-paced work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
