Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted beverages
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including temperature and ingredient adjustments
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security during shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate as part of a team to deliver efficient and friendly service
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
